He has 20 years management experience in a wide range of IT fields. In his previous position he served as division manager in the outsourcing department at Malam, and prior to that, filled head office management positions at HP, Matrix and Teldor.

Zvika has a BA  in computer science and mathematics, and has completed graduate studies in computer science.

He earned an undergraduate degree in economics and business administration at the College of Management and is a certified public accountant. He has served as an accountant for the Malam Systems Company and its subsidiaries since 2000 and was appointed their deputy CEO for finance in May 2008. He previously served as director of the investment department at Bank Hapoalim and inspections director at the Fahn, Kanne, and Co.-Grant Thornton Israel accounting firm.

B.A. Economics and Computer Science cum laude from the Tel Aviv University.

Ziv joined Malam Systems in 2007 after 24 years military service, during which he served in numerous commanding positions, including as head of the ground forces command and control and simulation systems division. In addition, Ziv received three awards of excellence: the ITAWARD 2006 security systems category award, a US Defense Department award of excellence for a joint project with the army's research branch, and the NCW2007 award of excellence and first prize for a project under the NCW program from a coalition partner

She is an alumna of the executive program at the INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, France. For the past seven years, she has held senior management positions at the Comverse company. Her most recent position was managing the messaging and data communications services department. She previously served as a director at Amdocs and was responsible for implementing billing systems at client sites. She also served in a variety of management positions at the Bezeq company.

He earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics and computer science at Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree in information systems from the business school at Tel Aviv University. He also is an alumnus of the executive program at the INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, France. He previously served as the program director for EDS Israel and has extensive experience in managing large, complex programming projects, managing business units in Israel and abroad, and developing and implementing methodologies to apply and manage projects.

He has 15 years of experience in heading and managing marketing and sales of software products, in Israel and abroad.

In his previous position, he served as VP Sales for SAP Group at Ness Technologies and prior to that he filled various sales positions at large multi-national companies such as IBM and BMC. Boaz has a BA degree in Business Management from the University of Newport in the United States.

Inbal Schneiderman holds a BA in Education Administration from the Haifa University. In her previous position, she served as human resources manager at Netcom of the Malam-Team Group.

As part of her job, Inbal served as a strategic partner in exercising cross-organizational processes and is responsible for assimilating the human resources array in the company while assigning, developing and nurturing its human assets. 

Inbal has about 20 years experience in human resources, command and management positions in the IDF, the governmental security sector and the hi-tech industry.

He is an expert on pension funds, pension arrangements, retirement systems, tax regulations, and wage agreements in the institutional and industrial sectors, as well as in additional areas of the business sector. He is a systems analyst who managed the development of leading products in the Israeli market and the project to transfer salaries in the defense system from the army’s computer units to Malam Team, which now handles them as an outsourcer.

He earned an undergraduate degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He previously served as director of the technological services division at HP and the CEO of Yael Solutions.
