The system was developed in collaboration with Payroll consultants from abroad, leading HR and Time experts in Israel and with the guidance of SAP International. The system allows SAP clients to benefit from an inherent payroll system integrated with the organization's other modules, and provides capacities and tools for proper management of human resources.

The Sapir-Tech system – SAP Payroll – brings to the Israeli market the capacities, developments and innovations, extensively used in 60 countries worldwide, sharing SAP's payroll system parameters fully adapted to the payroll requirements under the Israeli laws.
The system is targeted for all markets: the public payroll market including government ministries, security forces, banks and public institutions, as well as the private sector, such as high-tech, media and industrial corporations.
