Business units' management - Malam-Team Systems
Uri Zalach
Director of Payroll and Human Resources Division and Senior VP
Mr. Zalach is an expert in pension fund management, pension and retirement regularization, tax regulations and wage agreements in the public, industrial and business sectors. He previously worked as a systems analyst and managed the development of leading products on the Israeli market. Mr. Zalach headed the project of transferring the Army's payroll system from the relevant IDF units to outsourcing at Malam. |

Shai Basson
Senior EVP Projects
Mr. Basson is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MA both in Business Administration from Tel Aviv and in Political and National Security Sciences from Haifa University. In addition, he completed various studies at the Israel Defense Forces National Security College and is a graduate of the IDF Manpower Computer Center (MAMRAM) core track. In his last position, Mr. Basson served as Commander of Shoham (a software developer in charge of the Israel Defense Forces operational information systems). Prior to that, Mr. Basson served as Commander of the IDF Operations and Headquarters Mechanization Division and Commander of the IDF School of Computer Professions. |

Eli Ahi-Mordechai
Senior VP, Administered Services
Mr. Ahi-Mordechai is a graduate of the Bar Ilan University and holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration and an MA in Business Administration. Formerly a senior employee at Ness Technologies (in the capacity of head of the public-governmental sector and a project manager). Previously served in a number of senior functions at Malam: head of the payroll and human resources division. Mr. Ahi-Mordechai served as a colonel in the IDF in the capacity of head of remuneration. |

Ronen Benbenisti
Senior VP, Head, ERP
Mr Benbenisti holds a BA, cum laude, in Human Resources Administration from the Ben-Gurion University, and an MSc, cum laude, in Information Systems and an MBA in Marketing Administration from the Tel Aviv University. Served 15 years in the IDF in various capacities, amongst them acting head of information systems and head of organization and budgets in the human resources department. At Malam held various functions: Head of Projects’ Division, VP Malam Information Technologies, VP Sales – public, governmental and security sectors, and the hi-tech and telecom sectors. |
