Emanuel Silverstein
VP, Sales
Holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Silverstein has been active in the past 20 years in a variety of IT fields. Amongst others, in the framework of the CDC and ONYX companies, both in the professional computing fields and in the sales and marketing fields vis-à-vis the various market sectors in Israel and abroad. This activity included the development and marketing of software products, delivery of hardware materials and integration of solutions.
In the framework of his previous capacities at Team, during the past 14 years, Mr. Silverstein served in the sales section as a senior sales representative and as manager of the governmental sector. Later he was promoted to VP of sales and marketing.

Avi Norman
VP, Information Availability & Integration
Holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Bar_Ilan University.
Has 18 years’ experience in the fields of computer software, operation and infrastructure.
In his previous capacities Mr. Norman served as an operation consultant at Pacific Bell’s Data Center in San Francisco. He managed the computing infrastructure at Cellcom for 6 years and later became its Internet Section Manager. 5 years ago he set up and presently heads the Information Availability and Integration Section at Malam-Team.

Eytan Bar-Sela
VP, Technical Services Section
Mr. Bar-Sela began working at Team in 1978 as a customer service engineer specializing in computing systems. In 1982 he was appointed Head of Service and in 1986 Head of Technical Services Sector.
Since 1992 Mr. Bar-Sela serves in the capacity of VP for Technical Services.
Mr. Bar-Sela has been accompanying Malam-Team’s development from the start and has been active in positioning the Company as one of the leading service companies in the field of Information Technologies (IT).

Gideon David
VP, Operations
Holds a B.Sc. in electricity and electronics engineering from the Tel Aviv University.
Served for 28 years in the capacity of CEO at the Ligad Technical Information Ltd. Company (purchased by Team in 2007). For the past year serves in the capacity of VP of the Operations Section at Malam-Team, which includes the Logistics Unit, the integration laboratories, acquisitions and import, and the organization’s information systems.
