Breakdown of Company Services

Training Department

  1. Implementation projects - Change in work routines and implementation of software programs and systems tailored to a diverse user audience located nationwide, until full independence in each field is achieved.  The project involves working with the customer throughout all the stages: consulting and becoming acquainted with the users’ needs; task analysis and assessing training needs; training development; pilot and training program validation; and, finally, running the project at all of the required implementation centers.

    The projects are overseen by an organizational consultant, who orchestrates the change professionally and comprehensively.

  2. Training and skills - Training services and specialized courses in a wide variety of fields:
    Training for a variety of off-the-shelf software, and computer and Internet applications.
    Training in advanced computer fields such as: databases, systems analysis, programming, software design, real time programming, project management, communications, networks, computer graphics, etc.
    Guidance and training in the fields of management, marketing, sales, service and training skills.
    The training team consists of professional and skilled lecturers who teach both groups and individuals in training classrooms either at Reality or at the customer’s site.  The Company is authorized to submit courses for a study fund.

  3. Training development - Converting professional content matter into structured courses according to the customer’s needs.  The service includes developing training aids such as user manuals, lesson plans for the instructor, exams and knowledge tests, multimedia aids, transparencies, educational software, etc.

    The training development team specializes in incorporating technological tools in the development products to ensure an effective and enriching learning experience.  The team consists of professional and experienced training developers with pedagogical training, content experts in a variety of fields, graphic designers, and multimedia experts.

  4. WBT - (Web Based Training) - Developing learning, training and user management tools to enable training processes through the Internet or Intranet.  These tools include specialized educational software, off-the shelf educational software in the computer applications field and training systems based on E-learning.

 

Technology Department

  1. Systems development  - Reality offers its customers advanced computerized solutions and software systems’ development as required on a variety of platforms.  The Company has a high standard of quality for the development of this software standard.  Reality’s programmers address two key areas:
    1.  Developing new systems based on customer requirements.
    2. Offering creative solutions to problems arising when using existing programs.

  2. Coaching – A simulation system that trains the organization’s service representatives and salespeople and makes it possible to enhance their conversational skills vis-à-vis the customer.  The system produces simulations of different events occurring during the course of the salesperson’s or service representative’s work during her/his ongoing interaction with the customer.  Coaching is a user-friendly, interactive method for the user and, at the same time, makes it possible for the organization’s system manager to write and edit scenarios quickly and comfortably.  Coaching is molded on an SQL database and has a web interface.
  3. Measurement and control systems - A wide range of systems designed to measure performance and analyze data to manage large-scale implementation projects, as well as employees work, according to measurable objectives.  These systems include performance meters, SAGI, E-learning forums, etc.

Outsourcing Department
Placing professional employees in organizations in computer and training positions using the outsourcing method.  Most of the placed employees are experienced Company employees and some of them are recruited based on customer requirements.  All of the employees undergo a stringent screening process and extensive training.
Reality offers its customers the opportunity to choose among several employees who fulfill the job requirements, as well as flexibility with regard to the job scope and the work contract with the employee.  Moreover, the Company offers the employee professional backing enabling her/him to expand her/his abilities while solving professional problems at the customer’s site.

Organizational consulting Department
The consulting activity at Reality helps to generate output-oriented processes.  The consulting field is divided into several specializations, each of which boasts expert, experienced consultants in the field:
