Malam-Team group is a senior applications partner of KANA and its exclusive representative in Israel.

The KANAIQ system serves as:

·         A self-service information management system at service centers.

·         An information management system integrated in a CRM system.

·         A help system for websites and application systems.

·         An EPSS system.

KANAIQ is installed in Bank Leumi and Bank Hapoalim and operates as intra-organizational information management, EPSS and website help systems for various bank systems.

The system is also installed in the Ministry of Defence, Migdal, Cellcom, Leumi Card, Visa-CAL, Maccabi Healthcare Services and Pelephone (under construction).

The Kana Response system is designed to handle the organization’s incoming emails. It is installed in Bank Hapoalim and Bank Leumi to handle emails and at Cellcom to handle faxes.
