This option provides specialized support based on Help Desk (EHD Enterprise) – MalamTeam's global support center, which serves as a Single Point of Contact for clients of the IT organization. The track provides support for end users and service providers, both in the field of desktop applications (MS Office) and in other applications, using advanced tools and effective proven methodology such as ITIL. ITIL is a methodology for implementing work processes providing computing infrastructure services (people) according to business requirements and at an acceptable cost (technology). The EHD center is able to supply SLA agreements of all kinds and according to priorities set by the organization for its computer systems.
Malam Team's Out Task plan is a customized plan specially tailored for the organization and usually focuses on a specific process. In this plan, MalamTeam's experts undertake overall managerial and operational responsibility for a specifically defined IT area or project.
