News MalamTeam chosen to integrate its payroll systems for educational and financial institutions 26 Oct 2009 Malam Systems' new payroll projects include the Israeli Conservatory of Music, Sde Boker Field School, Kali Group Pension and Financial Management pension insurance and Shrem Fudim Group Investment House. The scope of these projects is estimated to be NIS 1.5 million.
Sde Boker Field School and the Israeli Conservatory of Music chose Malam System, of the MalamTeam Group, to integrate their payroll systems and outsourcing costing service. Sde Boker Field School in the Negev is an interdisciplinary education center for desert and environmental study. The center unites several education and research institutions. The field school employs more than 130 people. The Israeli Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv is one of the most oldest institutions in Israel for teaching children and young people to play musical instruments, and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. The organization employs 100 people.. The Shrem Fudim Group and Kali Group financial institutions chose Malam's payroll system and outsourcing costing services system. Shrem Fudim Group (SFG) is the leading investment house in Israel, providing a broad range of financial services. The Group employs over 200 people. Kali Group is one of the major leading pension insurance and financial corporations in the private sector in Israel, employing 120 people. The Malam Pay & Roll system was integrated into these education and financial institutions to manage their entire human resource systems and includes payroll, attendance, HR and retirement management modules. In addition, the system contains a collective simulator, smart reporting and examination system and electronic archive. All this operates on a single database. The objective of the integrated system is to synchronize systems and platforms while avoiding the need to develop inter-system interfaces. This is a unique innovative embedded solution, in an open WEB environment using an Oracle database, which replaces the payroll services that institutions generally receive from several different suppliers. Uri Zalach, payroll and HR division manager at MalamTeam claimed: "Many organizations recently made strategic decisions to outsource their payroll calculations to external outsourcing companies. This decision is based on both financial and professional considerations. Outsourcing services have been proven, over again, to be financially worthwhile, without compromising the level of expertise". Malam's payroll, attendance and HR sector customers include hundreds of thousands of employees. These employees received services from the most sophisticated human capital management systems, enabling the management of this costly resource. Malam's vast experience in the payroll, attendance and HR systems sector provides its customers with numerous management and calculation options. Zalach added that "At present, before the 2010 fiscal year, we are devoting much effort to providing and launching additional projects, including the Ad 120 Residence for Senior Citizens chain and local authority projects". | Click to download Click to download |
